Who this is
This website is run by Elizabeth Silva, trading as Elizabeth Silva Digital, based in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan. For any question about this policy or your data, email liz@elizabethsilva.co.uk.
What is collected
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.
The site itself runs no analytics, no advertising and no behavioural tracking, and it loads nothing from third parties when you open it. It is hosted on Wix, which may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the page.
How it is used
Your enquiry is used for one purpose: to read it and reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, which passes your message to Elizabeth’s inbox. That inbox is held in Google Workspace. Formspree’s handling of data in transit is covered by its own privacy policy at formspree.io.
How long it is kept
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business record-keeping afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask at any time to see what data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email liz@elizabethsilva.co.uk and it will be actioned promptly.
